Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the KW Residential website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. KW Residential is operated by KW Collective, LLC, a licensed real estate brokerage in the State of Maryland operating under the Keller Williams Realty, Inc. franchise.
Services
KW Residential provides flat-fee MLS listing services for residential properties in Maryland. Our services include listing your property on Bright MLS and related support services as described in your selected plan.
Fees and Payment
All fees are clearly displayed at the time of purchase. Flat fees are non-refundable once your listing goes live on MLS. You are responsible for any buyer agent compensation you choose to offer.
Listing Agreement
By listing with KW Residential, you enter into a listing agreement with KW Collective, LLC. The listing agreement specifies the terms, duration, and scope of our representation. You may cancel your listing with written notice per the terms of the listing agreement.
Accuracy of Information
You are responsible for the accuracy of all property information, disclosures, and photos provided for your listing. KW Residential is not liable for inaccuracies in information provided by the seller.
Limitation of Liability
KW Residential provides listing services and broker support as described in your plan. We do not guarantee the sale of your property or any specific outcome. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for services.
